I have nothing to apologise for! I never 'wished you dead'! All I did was employ a popular and widely understood idiomatic expression that is used as a rhetorical device in heated debate. It was equivalent to 'get bent', or 'bugger off'. To my knowledge, no one who has used the expression '*** off and die' has EVER meant it literally, nor has ANYONE but you ever TAKEN it so literally.

How are you still not understanding this?? Why is it such a difficult concept for you?

This is utterly absurd! What universe are you living in? Does it just not contain the concept of tongue-in-cheek rhetorical expressions?
