When ya have a minute...I'd like the lowdown on using my 'Public' folder without being paranoid about leaving my HD open...(I could be lazier & generous)

I find it curious that immediately after the trial... and before the
Court's decision, we have Neil happily spouting off about downloading
plans and remastering, all in the guise of being a modern day
cyber-mover-and-shaker. I can't help but feel that his being so vocal
right at this point in time is to £€av€rag€ $om€ $ympathy...
Where's the "Let It Be" DVD in your timetable for world, Neil? No
mention of that? Certainly, it must nearly be ready? Maybe a heads up
over on that website?
I'm not clear on the position of the 4 partners as it regards ANY revisiting of the catalog?
I can only think of two 'releases' which have been as hung as most of the Apple stash:
'Buckingham Nicks' (pick a 'rumor' why it isn't on CD)
The 'Quadrophenia' re-do by Aslley. It was done, presented to Pete ('Tommy' was slow in happening but past the acid test).
The reason of why no LIB DVD? Is it the same reason or a different reason of 'Why not much of nuttin'?"
As for the terms of the first failed attempt - $15 mil for some "kind
of" exclusivity and a lock out for add-on shopping?!? The dinosaurs
need to get with the times and realize that the Beatles are a
beyond-hot-now commodity and not a scarce one. I can't see that kind of
front money for anyone so established, mainstream, and accessible.
Or, the only person who stands to show a dramatic gain in any 'new' product is the king of kids?
Why does my dark side think the 4 owners might be reluctant to pull his shriveled nuts from the fire by giving the OK to anything which is going to boost Jack-o's cash flow?
Remastering for downloads?!? Anyone who cares about remastering is
going to buy the fullout hard copy, not a lossy, virtual clonette...
Plus, a 're-master' would be a great time to include some xtras (graphics - pics -- text) & ya don't get that *** on in any DL.
Missing that opportunity would be dopey!
Now if there's gonna be a tastefully adorned double Apple iPod, that
might be something to consider, although Neil might think to charge
$1000 for it...
Cheeky - & - tongue-in
Note to Neil: fire the lawyers and accountants and start hiring up
producers and engineers instead, because after all, Apple Corps is all
about music now, isn't it?
So, how brite is my dark-side?
Someone in New York send a sign to Neil:
http://tinyurl.com/lfg5p
and while you're at it, grab me one, too!
We're all dupes.
There is a game going on and appreciation of music isn't required to play.
