Silly boy: it's an entirely legal pork product of Ersatzstein, Austria consisting of a thin fillet of pressed beaver colon, coated with fried trout corneas, and lightly battered in a delicious Boone's Farm apple wine and clamato marinade. I had it once and couldn't pass a cop without kissing him for five weeks. Unfortunately the item was not available in prison, although they did have something called angst patties, of which I was not courageous enough to inquire the ingredients. Smelled like tapir's feet though, and made a strange "cooing" noise as I ate it.

IIRC, the primary ingredient of angst patties is schadenfreude; occasionally a little zeitgeist is added for that extra tang, but this is frowned upon by traditionalists.
