Sorry, but I can't recall our discussions about where we're from etc...
I'm not here to argue with you, either...

I know, I know... in the Beatles universe, he's one of a dozen
satellite moons with a story. I would never consider wasting my time
talking to him!

Actually, when I first read the published interviews with Douglas
(mostly in here) I thought it was sad that at the end of his life John
was working with such two-faced jerks. Betcha none of those people's
"opinions" about John and Yoko's marriage would ever be dignified by
putting the words on paper and making a buck off selling magazines if
John had lived... and you can be DAMN sure the "friendship" Douglas
describes would have come to an abrupt end had he ever said anything
about Yoko (personal OR professional) to John or to a reporter, for
that matter.

Maintaining 'distance' with people who work for creative geniuses is a
tricky thing, John wasn't very good at it. But if there is a conscious
life after death, I'll bet John would be disgusted by the things
Douglas said.

I like Double Fantasy a lot. But I sure as hell don't think about Jack
Douglas when I listen to it.
