I have a 'one of a kind' 1994 370-12 'wide neck' Rickenbacker for
auction. It is in near mint condition. It was custom made for country
artist Dan Seals. By mistake Rickenbacker made it right-handed. Dan is
left handed & needed a lefty 'wider-neck'. I got this info from John
Hall himself. He remembered the guitar & the order for it. The serial
number is #D7..that's it! It has a 'leftover' McGuinn model body &
looks just like the McGuinn model minus the signature & compressor. The
nut has been replaced by a 'bone' nut with corrected string spacing due
to the 'wider neck' & the 'blend' knob is a push-pull which gives you
any combination of the three toaster pick ups. The case is the gray
Rickenbacker hard shell case & is in very good shape considering it is
11 years old. I've owned 2 McGuinns & this plays better than both of
them. I need the dough..so it's gotta go. I have a picture available if
you wanna see it. Please e-mail me directly if interested.
dan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx I'm a pro..check me out! www.DanSchafer.com
Auction will go about 10 days starting September 1, 2005. Bidding will
start @ $3500.00
