The hedge fund world is buzzing with news that several noted
Republican hedge fund managers are donating significantly to groups
supporting gay marriage. Clifford Asness and Paul Singer are big money

small government issue, while Singer has a gay son who recently
married in Massachusetts.
And secondly, polls keep showing that younger voters, even those of a
conservative bent. care little about this as an issue. Even with
setbacks, it is just a matter of time.

When you take the religious nutjobs out of the picture, the only
things Republicans (and almost anyone else) cares about is getting
paid. Gays have money to spend too.
