The "purpose" of this little exercise being to subtly promote very
conservative viewpoints. There was a good diary about this test on
DailyKos the other day (I know, Patrick, I know -- don't bother):

Check out question #6 for example:

Is the purpose of this question to test your knowledge of the Bill of
Rights, or is it to remind you that, hey, neither prayer in public
schools nor discrimination is prohibited by the Constitution?
