Ryan Adams/Oasis tour questions (nbc)

I got an email today for a presale for an RA/Oasis show in December,
and wondered a few things-hoping someone here knows more than I:

who is the headliner? Adams, I assume?

Is Oasis good in concert? (that's subjective of course, I'm just not
very familiar at all with their music or performances)

from the looks of it, this tour hasn't started yet? (if not-has
anyone seen a show recently?)

has anyone heard previews of RA's new CD, Cardinology? If so, what's
the sound like-Cold Rose-ish or 29-ish?

trying to decide if I want to jump on a couple tickets.
