Now I just saw some clips from the actual interview and was
horrified.  Fey wasn't being over the top -- she was dead on!!  Seeing
the parody and then seeing the actual thing was amazing!

That said, Thursday should be interesting although all she'll really
need to do is to put together one or two semi-coherent sentences while
maintaining normal sinus rhythm.  The bar is set so low that plankton
could have a good night.

It wasn't the notion that Putin enters Alaskan airspace that freaked
me out, it was the smug look Gov Palin had on her face as she stated
something like; "and what airspace does he enter? Alaska."

That being said, I saw a political commentator on Hardball tonight
suggest that Sen Biden should let her speak and much as possible. I
thought it was a funny idea.
