why reset the form if no tix come up?

i mean it's 2:35 here ... if the form stayed closed, at least we could have
saved the nuisance of typing. once open, there's the expectation of a drop
at some point, but if there is to be a drop, why totally mess us all up and
wait until the very end of the day.

just a rant...i know why.
