Only mentioning it, because I feel the same way about Mark Knopfler,
who's reputed feuded with Richard Thompson, even tho' I'm unfamilar with
most of his material and have no idea what the feud may be about or if
it really exists...

Maybe it has to do with Knopfler stealing his guitar style.

Ah, I knew it was *something* like that- but I was a bit off, thinking it
might have been "hair" style.

(I don't know, my own annoyance with him started with the song "Sultans of
Swing".)

That was just a guess. Richard Thompson is a pretty cool guy so I doubt he's
have a beef with him for that.

I'd never heard they had a feud.
