Trying to look busy here at the desk, waiting for the show. A few sentiments and a prediction ...
I'm the only one in my group who's seen previous shows on this tour. So I hope they get to see Magic (especially if Patti's there) and Reason To Believe, along with the BTR > DITD > American Land encore because even as a diehard, I think that's a killer sequence.
Looking forward to a Greetings number. I'd love Bus Stop, but really any of 'em will be great. Figuring Saint, like Darkness, is a longshot since it just got played.
Happy that the epic slot is pointing more toward Jungleland or Rosalita or Racing. Can't go wrong there, although I've never seen Rosie.
Several songs setlisted but skipped lately: none but the brave / this hard land / streets of fire / stand on it / independence day ... you gotta figure one will make it out tonight.
I'm worried at how due Darlington and Lonesome Day are. Along the same lines, Glory Days and Murder Inc. feel like they're lurking out there, too (just not personal favorites). Less worried that Ties and No Surrender are also due.
I REALLY hope he keeps up the new-opener trend. Patti wasn't there for the NC shows, was she? Putting on my Karnac hat, I'll take a shot in the dark. If Patti's there, Be True. If not ...
Candy's Room!
I'm going to go waaaay out on a limb.
A new song.
