That's a problem with your ISP, not with your bittorrent client. You
wouldn't be on Comcast perchance, would you?

Yep...I am with Comcast. And, since you guessed that so easily, I
assume that you know something about that being a problem! I
finally gave up on Azureus and then after downloading utorrent and
starting all over, realized it probably wasn't a problem with Azureus
after all. Utorrent is working ok for me now, but it doesn't allow
much action to occur at one time. Maybe Comcast limits that? So now
that I have switched, and Utorrent is actually working, although not
as great as I hoped, I'm going to just stick with it. It still tells
me that the port isn't open, but it is working. I just need to figure
out if I can transfer over the other files to Utorrent so I have
something more to share to start with. I was down to 0.11 on Dime,
and am up to 0.14 this morning, but am afraid if I DL anymore, they'll
ban me! I am going to leave it on for a few days, (it is currently
uploading) and hopefully get the ratio back up. Jungleland ratio is
good.

Do you happen to know what the specific problem is with Comcast? We
were actually going to run out and buy a new router today, but if it's
a Comcast problem that probably won't help.

Thanks,
Debbie
