EVERY score results in a lead change. If a team leads by 3 and scores
a field goal, the lead CHANGES to 6. If they score a touchdown and
the PAT, the lead CHANGES to 9, then 10.
Now, to answer your intended question of, "how often is it that every
score results in the trailing team gaining the lead in the game?" I
have no friggin' clue. I just figured it was time to bust someone's
balls. TAG! You're it!!!

That would be a score change, the same team would still be leading.
