Actually, speaking as someone with a fondness for grammar (and certain
Grandmas, but that's neither here nor there), your use of the present tense
in your header was misleading, implying that you were referring to races
currently (ie at present) underway. If you were referring to all of the
races to this point, it would have been less misleading to say "has been
winning big" or "has won big" (although it must be said, the phrase "winning
big" is problematic, regardless of tense).
