I've found that a long, hot bath, a big mug of hot cocoa, a handful of
clementines, and watching a great old movie work worlds better for my
own depression than all your drugs and therapy ever could.
Then you're probably not talking about the same thing.
I was first diagnosed with clinical depression when I was a teenager.
I'm pretty sure we are talking about the same thing.
I tried Prozac once, I only remember the unpleasant side effects.
I think that teens are way over diagnosed and overmedicated. Sometimes
what will cure teenage depression is having those dasm hormones calm
down! Who knows.
