.. . is treatable. There are effective anti-depressants that can help you
feel like yourself again. There are really, really good therapists who can
help you identify and address the things in your life that you feel sad
about. As the depression lifts, you regain perspective. Chances are you'll
realize that some of those things aren't nearly as overwhelming as they may
seem right now.
Taking anti-depressants and seeing a therapist isn't a sign of weakness.
It's a sign of recovery. You ain't crazy.
