Readt BTX forum comments concerning "sales" using Ticket Zone today.

People have been booking 4 tickets for Manchester and getting
confirmation emails saying 1 ticket London.

Unless booked using a presale code these transactionsa will be
invalidated according to Ticket Zone staff.

If you get a confirmation that matches your booking you seem to be
okay but 90% of bookings have not matched the confirmation emails and
will not be honoured.

Will the two above posters please confirm whether they got a correct
and corresponding email confirmation to the tickets they booked
online.

My email confirmation looked ok but I couldn't check the booking
reference number I was given as I had a printer hiccup and couldn't
print it off. However I plan to phone at 8:30 this morning to check
things are fine as if they are not I will try again at 9am. Thanks for
the warning on this.
