One never knows. It would help if we knew what Bruce had on his iPod(does
he even own one?) these days. I mean who would ever expected "7 Days to
Rock"?

What covers will Bruce pull out as the tour progresses?
If past behavior is an indicator of future performance, we should see some
changes as the tour returns to the US in February. On the Rising tour, the
first (US) leg featured a very tightly controlled set. Then he went to
Europe, and the setlists got a bit longer - then he came back to the US,
and the variety grew, as he pulled out more of his own stuff, as well as
several covers.
So, two questions:
* if past form holds true, what covers do you think we'll see when the
tour returns to the US?
* What covers SHOULD we see - what cover songs would fit into this tour,
as presently configured? Not looking for a wish list (gee, I want to see
Bruce play Achy Breaky Heart again), but really looking at what would fit.
For purposes of this thread, let's define "cover" as any song that was not
written (or co-written) by Bruce and which has not appeared any official
Bruce Springsteen studio release (so no Seeger Sessions) and I am going to
arbitrarily eliminate Jersey Girl (too much of his song, now) and War (too
obvious). And guest starring roles (Arcade Fire singing their own song)
don't count.
Predictions?
