You began a thread last week questioning why people state matters of
opinion as if they are statements of fact. Do you realize that that's
exactly what you're doing in what you wrote above? Your comment that
"we are talking about Evil Terrorists who desire to kill all
Americans" isn't fact - it's an opinion. The fact that it's an opinion
that is often expressed by US politicians, including our president,
doesn't make it a fact. And, in my opinion, it's wrong. Show me where
these "evil terrorists" you're talking about have said they want to
"kill all Americans".

Yes. But he didn't say to "kill all Americans" and it's clear from
the fatwa that his goal was to get the US military out of Muslim
lands, Israel out of Jerusalem and end the US led devastation of Iraq,
not to kill all Americans. The fatwa says that the US has already
declared war on Muslims and that:

"The ruling to kill the Americans and their allies -- civilians and
military -- is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in
any country in which it is possible to do it, in order to liberate the
al-Aqsa Mosque and the holy mosque [Mecca] from their grip, and in
order for their armies to move out of all the lands of Islam, defeated
and unable to threaten any Muslim. This is in accordance with the
words of Almighty Allah, "and fight the pagans all together as they
fight you all together," and "fight them until there is no more tumult
or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah.""
