Five? Let's make that all 11 of the originally announced tracks,
minus (of course) any outright clunkers. Given how he stretches
lengths of songs out on stage, that's about an hour of the show.

That leaves another 12-15 songs and another 90-110 minutes.

Here are 30 or so he can pick from. :)

* High Hopes (from Blood Brothers EP)
* Bring 'Em Home (high-speed, angry, Pearl Jam-style version)
* How Can a Poor Man Stand Such Times and Live (high-speed rock
version)
* American Land (E Street Band rock version, speeded up, sans violin,
speaks to immigration debate in U.S.)
* Shut Out the Light (same high-speed, angry, snarling, Pearl Jam-ish
rock version)
* Open All Night (electric band rock version, to follow Radio Nowhere
every night)
* Cover of Arcade Fire's "Keep the Car Running" or "Intervention"
* Cover of Bob Dylan's "Mississippi"
* Cover of U2's "One"
* The Rising
* Lonesome Day
* Further On Up the Road (played like on the album)
* Long Time Comin'
* Lift Me Up
* Code of Silence
* Better Days (hopefully following Nov. 8 election results, should
tour last that long <g>)
* Lucky Town
* Leap of Faith
* Souls of the Departed
* My Beautiful Reward
* Human Touch
* Spare Parts
* Tunnel of Love
* Brilliant Disguise
* Seeds
* Downbound Train
* I'm Goin' Down
* Born in the U.S.A.
* The Price You Pay
* Crush on You (just 'cause he said he's not playing it!)
* Born to Run

things out on stage,

3 from The Rising (The Rising, City of Ruins)

2 from Devils & Dust (Devils & Dust)

1-2 from GOTJ (Youngstown)

That's half the show. Maybe a TRACKS song, MAYBE a Seeger number
(maybe not), and that leaves only a few slots left for the back
catalogue some/most of us want to hear most, whether that's "Growin'
Up," "Glory Days, "She's the One," or "Tunnel of Love."

Personally, I DON'T want Bruce to be an "oldies" act, but I DO prefer
the first four albums to most of what came later.- Hide quoted text -

Sounds like a great set, except for "I'm Going Down," which I hate
almost as much as "Glory Days." And EVERYBODY already does
"Mississippi," i.e., Dixie Chicks, Sheryl Crow, Bob Dylan himself...
