Okay, let's see if that doesn't straighten her out. If not, I would agree
she has a problem.
Also, why are American guys attracted to fake boobs and fake blond hair?
Maybe that should go under Ruth's rant thread....
You mean "... some guys", right?
Yes, of course... ;)
Because I have to say, Lohan currently does nothing for me, from an
aesthetic point of view. Now, pre-cocaine Lohan, red hair and nicely
(naturally) curvy all over? That's a different story altogether...
(Though I don't think Lohan's had her boobs done - since she got into the
Bolivian marching powder, her boobs have almost entirely disappeared. Or so
I hear...)
Maybe so... I mean in general... seems like everyone but Gwyneth Paltrow
has had them done in Hollywood... I have the utmost respect for her for
that.

Kind of a generlization no? I could think of a few dozen more names
or femle actors that probably haven't had impants.
But your generlization about men prefering fake hits closer to home.
Three of my friends have argued their wiver/girlfriends out of boobs
jobs. I'd be appalled if my own wife wanted one, but she finds them as
patently plastic looking as I do. I suppose there are some excellent
ones that are very high dollar, but those would also be the ones which
were impossible to identify as fake.
HBO's movive BREATS MEN a couple years ago was a really well done and
interesting look at the men who invented implants and developed the
surgery. Chris Cooper and David Schwimmer were great as the two
doctors, and the documentary footage the filmmaker's intersperesed
featuring real women who had complications from breast implant surgery
was a powerful addition to the film.
As for fake blond..if it looks fake, it's gonna look fake. Any hair
color that's well done and looks real is fine. My wif's been three
Blond, Brunette and very drk bruentte in the 25 years we've been
together, and she looked great in all shades. I also dont' mind the
obviously artifcal red, scarlets, and even blue highlights, on the
right hairstyle. NOt everyone can get away with that, but on some
women (and men) it looks fine even though it's clearly not natural.
What I'm digging less and less it tattooes. Especially the ones with
asian lettering or Kanji Symbols. Is that supposed to be a signal of
some kind of spirituality? Doubtful. And don't get me started on
piercings. Yuck.
All through history, people have tattooed and mutilated their bodies in
the name of being attractive or cool. Don't understand it myself. I
mean, even if you get compliments on the fake shit you do, they are
complimenting the fake shit, not you... so how is that a compliment?
this reminds me of a question I have that maybe a resident
evolutionary expert can explain to me: why is it that in other
species, the male is one who's only hope for getting laid is to be as
attractive as possible, but with humans it's the other way around?
That seems like a fair deal-the women deal with pregnancy, but they're
not expected to also maintain all of the beauty protocals for the
entire species.
me, I must've missed something in the DNA pool.......no tattooes, no
piercings at all, no implants (no breasts, really, lol), haven't quite
figured out anything about makeup (a friend tried to teach me a few
years ago, and we spent most of the time laughing at my
ineptitude .......I do have some scars (4) from lung surgery-does that
count?
