NBC: Fighting them there...

I thought the Brits were, like us Americans, fighting them in Iraq so they
don't have to fight them at home. The recent terror attacks in Britain have
me confused. They seem to contradict that argument. Could one of the
chickenhawks/neocons please explain this to me.
