All that being said, even in Philly we require evidence and a trial
before we throw a democrat into jail. It's only fair.

Joe, you know very well that it was the author of the article which worded it that way, not that Kennedy is recommending jailing these people without a trial.

So, you think Rove should be investigated for this crime?
