I didn't read the transcript I watched the video.

It is divided into several clips and in the clip I watched - when D#2 talked
about leaving the house - I thought she had indicated that she left D#1
alone only once, and only for 5-10 mins at that. But I was wrong. She left
her alone twice. My bad. My apology.

However, each time it was short (5-10 mins) and each time she claims that no
rape or attack could have occured during that timeframe, in her OPINOIN.

I don't find that in the transcript after the second time.

Yes. It was a prescription drug which I assume she had taken before, and had drunk alcohol with before, and was somewhat aware of the effects. Why would she take a combination of drugs which would cause her to pass out in an hour when she was going to dance for 2 hours?

I guess we'll never know.

This was a girl who was stumbling around on some combination of drugs and alcohol. I guess we'll never know what she was thinking or if she was thinking clearly. Maybe there were a bunch of guys with tips ready to put in her panties, if she would just come back in and finish dancing. Maybe they promised to keep the guy or guys who threatened them under lock and key. Point is, we don't know and will never know.

Maybe she forgot her shoe, as has been claimed in some reports. Maybe she was raped and was mad or wanted to use their phone. If they felt cheated, wouldn't they want her to come back in and dance? Point is, we'll never know.

Don't know about that. When girls are given date rape drugs in public places, they are usually incapacitated, but not passed out. It would be a little obvious if there were a bunch of guys with passed out girls thrown over their shoulders leaving the clubs... The girl can walk with assitance and eventually passes out, but not immediately. She was described as "semi-conscious" when she got to the car.

This isn't in contention.

He says contradictions in the accuser's earlier statements clearly indicated
that an attack never occurred,

LAURIE SEE THAT? "INDICATED ATTACK NEVER OCCURED"

That's his opinion. He wasn't there. I base my opinion on the fact that people who were there state that the boys threatened them with a broomstick, felt cheated out of $800, and then shouted racial epithets as they were leaving. A very hostile environment in which a semi-conscious girl might very well have been raped. But we'll never know. No one can say for a fact that no rape occurred either, only that there was no evidence against the 3 accused.
