It was Journey.
Dang, if you think you heard that song to death while growing up...try
living in the Bay Area.

As songs go, it really wasn't all that bad.
I still remember hearing it while crossing the GG Bridge as my folks were
driving me to an SF venue on December 15, 1978....for better or worse, I'll
always associate that
song with that night.
