One thing that should be considered is not just the percentage drop,
but the actual sales. If a half million people rushed out and picked
up "The Rising" on the first week and then enough bought it the second
week to keep it at number one, it was absolutely destined for a large
percentage drop by week 3. However, it is possible that this one could
continue to sell 40,000 to 50,000 for several weeks as people hear the
songs. I have been searching the Internet for Playlist "Pay Me My
Money Down". It does show up on various playlists, so people who
listen to the stations playing it, might hear it over the next several
weeks and then decide to buy the CD. I still think they should take
some of the film footage from the Live show and create a video of it
for "Pay Me My Money Down" and then get the video played on Country
Video channels like GAC, VH1 Country and CMT. I have been checking for
the current "Pay Me My Money Down" video on those 3 stations and have
not found it played at all. I know it was up on CMT's website, but
have not seen it played on CMT.
