The FIRST time I was putting the disc back into the "slip case" section, I squeezed the top and bottom of the sleeve to open it up a bit to allow me to drop the disc in, and the whole thing sort of "exploded" and torn a diagonal 3" slash across the back of the sleeve. I cut the thing up and put it in a jewel case (unfortunately, the booklet isn't the correct size to fit in the front of a jewel case).
