Well, I think my original post was pretty explicit in saying where i
thought the problem lies....sorry if I made it sound otherwise in
followups. No disrespect intended to book dealers....

Publishing and marketing decisions are now
based upon fear and concern for the physical safety of customers and
employees.

I think that was the sentence that made me think it was a criticism.
