Being a Springsteen fan is a frustrating thing. The guy is so good
that we want more from him. And God knows I have my gripes about him-
his ticket prices and his tendency to play to a sizable but
geographically limited audience and his refusal to release much vault
material. And it's fine to make our wishes known about those things,
or even about what music we'd like to hear from him.

Except if we say we'd like new material and get old stuff instead, right?
