It is exactly what happened in Vietnam... they would go into a village, killing any snipers they could find, and the village would welcome them, but the minute they left, they would go back to opposing the US occupation. They never won the hearts and minds of the Vietnamese and they will never win the hearts and minds of the Iraqis. And every person we kill over there unnecessarily has a mother or father grieving like the man who wrote this article. And their blood is on the hands of those who support bush. Sorry, I can't be civil in this matter; people are getting killed. Sorry if I offend any of you armchair chickenhawks.
