Yeah, but they died in a proportion that roughly approximated the
demographics of neighborhoods where a lot of black people lived, so it's
okay that they died. There's no reason to be upset, these statistics
absolve us of any responsibility. We did a heck of a job counting the
bodies, yes sir! That's what a government is supposed to do.
