The answers are: yes it was filmed and no, there's no way I can get you
a copy before Christmas to give as a gift.

The copy I got is an above average 2-cam mix where somehow both filmers
were unable to focus on Bruce at the same time several times throughout
the show (so you get blacked out screens, rafters, people walking in
front of the camera, etc.). My copy is also unauthored so its just the
plain blue menu screen and hitting next chapter will land you in the
middle (or at the end) of the next song. The tapers also missed about
half of the intro to "Jesus Was an Only Son" and chose to put their
logo "Atlantic City Productions" and the date of the show with the D&D
album cover over the opening 30 seconds to 1 minute of audio on each
disc so while the show is playing you get to see their logo and the
date of the show instead of actually watching the show. Watching on a
regular 25-inch TV with no stereo hookup or anything I'd give it a 7 or
8 in terms of video quality, and an 8 in terms of audio quality. In the
coming months I can see this being redone with nicer menus and dubbed
audio.

So if people don't want to wait for a nicer copy and there's interest
in a tree I'll send a copy to whomever organizes a tree.
