Re: GA senator nixed Springsteen honors??

I guess they'd have to be thinking "Has Bruce or would Bruce ever say
something positive or make a positive endorsement for the party at one
of his concerts, or on Ted Koppel?". They probably feel that Bruce
played hardball a year ago and made some serious statements about the
party that won't be forgotten anytime soon. Maybe they feel that the
people Bruce casts his vote for should be the ones who are soley
responsible for celebrating him. Maybe they feel that once you enter
the political arena, you are gonna have to take your lumps every now
and again.

I'm sure Bruce just snickers at this stuff when he hears about it.
