I had a similar problem yesterday myself... I just kept clicking on the play
and stop buttons, and eventually it started. Probably not the high-tech
solution you might have hoped for, but it worked for me. (I also disabled
my pop-up blocker while getting it going. Once it began playing, I was able
to turn my pop-up blocker back on and everything was fine)
