That isn't what I said. Do you have a problem with reading comprehension?
What I said was the policies of this administration are designed to benefit
those at the top of the income scale in the hopes they will have pity on the
rest of us peons and some of the money will then 'trickle down'.
So do me a favor - don't put words in my mouth.

I didn't claim any such thing so again I ask, can you read? What I said was
different societies are attempting to accomplish different objectives. You
can't take statistics that make your society look good and compare them to
another society that may be trying to accomplish something entirely
different. This is usually done by those who are intellectually dishonest
but then want to lecture then rest of us about honesty.

Then make the argument. Do you seriously think that 15000 died because a
bunch of lazy, socialistic European doctors refused to come back from
vacation?

Are all humans not entitled to decent medical care? Or do you think medical
care is only for the privledged?
