If you've followed any of the MH history - for some reason, that era has a
gag order on it. Bobby Ingram and Dave Hlubek have both stated that they
legally cannot talk about what happened. So, of course, I wonder what
happened. Theories range from him being tired from Diabetes, to drinking,
etc...
