for a guy who loves to spout off about the legal definition of KISS, you have a funny way of ignoring the law when it benefits you.

KISS owns the performances, period. audience recording or not, the performances and demos are the intellectual property of KISS and downloading them makes you a thief. it's not up to you to decide the value, it's up to the owners.

claiming audience recordings are not owned by the band is ignorant...sure, they don't own the actual physical tape, disc or DVD but they do own the performance that was captured on said media...it's no different than going into a movie theater with a video camera and recording the movie and claiming you own it and are free to distribute it as you wish...

as you're fond of saying, it's a legal fact you cannot dispute.
