If he was a true founding member, why isn't he still in the band?
I am not stupid. I just don't like the guy.
Kiss has always been Gene and Paul's baby. Also, peter was fired. He
didn't quit.
If you are a owner or part owner, when you get let go by group
majority vote, because you were part owner, you get compensated. What
did Peter get when he was fired? Nothing. If either Paul or Gene left,
they would retain rights to some part of Kiss. Peter didn't because he
never was anything but a hired hand of Gene and Paul. He auditioned
for them, not vice versa.
*Actually Peter was part owner, but sold out. He sold his image also.
If I'm not mistaken Peter was paid or compensated up to either 1984 or
1987, I can't remember which now, but it didn't end the way you are
claiming. I don't really want to argue about this, but you have your
facts wrong.
Well my point stands on two sources. One is Gene anf the other is
Lydia. They both said Peter had no money at all. Therefore, in legal
terms, he has no ownership unless either Gene Paul or Lydia signed it
over into his name. Giving him something does not make it his
possesion if it is given under the guise of a loan, it is a legally
binding verbal contract as long as there are material witnesses and
peter has admitted to this many times. He had not the capability in
the eyes of the law to own anything but his drums and his clothes.
I was Told he sold his image in 96, which is why Eric wears it now.
My facts are not wrong facts, by definition cannot be wrong. Learn the
lanaguage and the law before you attack me. Peter did not own, peope
was given it as a gift. a gift that could be taken away if warranted.
It remains a Fact that any part owner cannot legally be forced out of
his company as long as no illegalities have happened, without due
compensation normally decided by an abitrator. a panel of three
judges. At least for a pension or percentage of the organization.
This did not happen, PROVING. Peter had no real power in this matter.
This is recorded fact based on factual case law and cannot be denied.
