Here's what I interpret:

FLW:
Scraping the bottom of the barrell. The time you spend posting crap here and
bending over for paul and gene your business will soon go belly up

A simple statement suggesting failure.

AJ:

States at facilities that work 24 hours a day. Crew members in those
facilities take turns working different shifts. Currently, one of my
businesses is logging in and getting paid for close to a hundred hours
all within in a 24 hour time period. You figure it out.

Typical braggadocio. Once again AJ and Schmitty Scissorhands share a
common thread, the incessant need to boast about their business
success stories.

That was basically my point, except I wouldn't lump Dr. 666 with AJ on
this one. AJ used FLW's simple statement as an excuse to brag about
himself. He could have just responded with a "My company is doing
quite fine, thank you very much, but it is none of your business", but
instead he goes on and on about how his company is logging tons of
hours working on multiple jobs in multiple states. AJ simply can't
pass up an opportunity to express how "great" he is!

Then AJ backs out of the parking space and drives out the front gate
with this little gem:

That's just his way of saying "I can't refute his argument, so I'm
going to take my ball and go home."

So Chexxy, as you can see, it is not alright for you to not understand
AJ's dialog but it is more than alright for AJ to assume poetic
license on Steamer's quote about a DVD going gold platinum or
whatever. Once again we see the evasive spinorama of AJ in all of it's
self righteous glory.

He's knows Steamer meant "it never went Gold in the U.S.", just as he
knew I meant "the promised VV box set of 1998 which was never
released". He's just playing semantical games to piss peope off.
Heck, he even admitted that in the VV thread.

I wonder, does it really matter how succesful one is in business when
reflecting an individual's character?

Nope. Nor does it reflect an individual's intelligence.

What do any of our personal
lives have to do with what transpires here.

Apparently, one's opinions about Kiss or anything else don't matter
here unless that person is successful in business. Or at least that
seems to be what AJ thinks.

Going against common sense
and assuming that AJ is successful in his ventures,

My theory is that it's a family business in which he has no involvement
other than showing up at the office to spend his day on the internet.
That would explain a lot of things.
