Then came the lack of payments on royalties, Gene says he help write a song
when he adds one line or what ever. Brian Adams had the same complaint about
Gene too. Vinnie Lost some cases but on one occasion his lawyer didn't file
the proper papers. Gene was quoted as saying vinnie lost because he didn't
have a case so the judge through it out but that was not exactly true.
They got together try to mend there relationship Gene and Vinnie but Vinnie
claims money was not paid him from Revenge royalties. Now it has talked
about Kiss over infalting there record/CD sales, if vinnie compares that to
his payments he thought he was getting screwed. Gene uses people, the band
Vinnie was in when Kiss met him in the recording of Creatures claims Gene
was trying lure Vinnie at the time write for Kiss and use some of Vinnies
Songs as his own(true who knows).
