You're right.  As is my habit, I looked at a set of data and drew a
conclusion. Thats what I was trained, and well paid, to do. Other
conclusions are possible although none fit the data as well.  But if they
fit ones beliefs they are more palatable.

So tell us then, since you're such a highly trained, objective, data-
inspector and conclusion-drawer <cough-bullshit-cough>. In what way
do the other possible explanations not fit the data as well?

Seems to me that we know from history that indigenous peoples captured
women and children, making them part of their tribe (which they
probably felt helped make their tribe stronger in numbers). But the
answer your racist ideology requires is that - unlike anything we know
of in their history - for the very first time, this time they decided
to wipe out every single person in the group they defeated (the only
way you won't have a DNA trail).

But, instead of that scenario (which goes counter to expectations one
would have, based on history) we have an alternative the solution: The
peoples simply dying off or abandoning their settlements to return to
where they came from (starvation, disease, environmental changes,
etc.). No need for one-time exceptions to what is known, it's has
happened to many explorers over history. And it would also result in
no DNA trail.

If you have such a need to promote an agenda that you need to invent
stories based on no evidence (as I've watched you do many times), I am
here to tell you that you are only picking and choosing theories on
the basis of which ones will make you feel better about yourself.
