Harley shows no sign of going under.
What sign are you looking for? Sales and revenue are down sharply, and the pipeline is empty enough to cut another 1000 of their employees. They're saddled with $8MM/Q interest expense tied to an unsecured junk bond issued earlier this year. Market capitilization in '08 retreated to approximately its liquidation value of $5B from a high of $23B just 2 years before. None of these are "buy" indicators.
