What is the probability that it will happen, and what is the severity if it
does? Multiply those two together ...

Suspension components on a motorcycle rate rather high as far as severity.
So those warrant a looking at even if the probability is very low.

I consider a wheel falling off a car to be a very surviveable thing. The
issue is that rubber is pretty sticky, and I'd bet that even if a front
wheel falls off a car, the thing is controllable while it grinds to a stop.
I'm betting that the remaining front tire can deal with it.

I'm less optimistic if a wheel falls off a motorcycle. Far less optimistic.
