Not until it's empty it's not. Unless Obama changes the policy. A
lot of people _want_ to shut it down, but that doesn't mean that it's
going to happen. Until it _is_ shut down it's a great convenience to
the government.

In spite of all the electionerring bluster, I'll bet Obama's policies
don't change a whole lot from Bush's.
