By the general public. Feel free to disagree but appreciate that you're
not in the plurality.
I doubt you speak for everyone. In fact, I doubt anyone does.
Remember, just under a plurality voted against Brobama yesterday, and
of course many people didn't vote.

I went through the school system in this country and I'd disagree with
that. Nobody indoctrinated me. Far from it, I survived just fine being
pro-gun, pro-small government, anti-welfare and fairly
pro-the-use-of-force.
Then you are very very old, like me :-) You didn't go through
it in the 80's / 90's. I bet.
: Standards have dropped to a ridiculous level,
This has nothing to do with anything political but I agree with you.
Ah, but it DOES have to do with politics. Who the hell do you
think just elected our next President ? Those kids you see on campus,
not your peers.
: the school boards and tenure commitees are infested with

Given that I teach math you should understand and appreciate that faculty
in the math department are not judged on their political views, only on
their mathematical research ability.
As long as you stick to math, cool. It's when math classes
devolve into 'If Johnny has a Daddy, and Daddy has a man friend who
lives with him, how many Daddy's does Johnny have ? Is this better or
worse than if he had a Mommy instead ? Why ?' that the indoctrination
starts. And it DOES go there. All over the country. Not that
blatantly at your level, I'm sure, in fact you may be beyond that, but
the public school system assuredly is not.
And you'll get a laugh out of this - I refuse to admit how long it
took me to come up with this line of code a few days ago for a client
product
Text1(4) = Format(Abs(90 - (Atn(val(txtRampLength) / val(Text1(3))) *
180 / PI)), "#0.00")
Yes, that's right - it's the old Greek guy we learned about in
8th grade :-) And I used to actually KNOW that ( simple basic ) ***
- 30 + years ago.
Funny thing - back then , I thought I was smart. Now I STILL
think I was smart - back then ( not now ) :-)
