Age of consent and drinking is set by the state. I think consent is
16 in most, if not all states these days. Drinking age used to be 19
here in Alaska but the Conservatives took over and changed that to 21,
which is what most states have I think.
I think it must be 18 there. Otherwise it would mean that all those
"teen" porn sites are fake! ;-)
16 is the age of consent but in most places 18 is the minimum age to
be in the sex industry. In Alaska strippers can be 18 if they dance
in an alcohol free club. They have to be 21 if alcohol is served.
Never believe a girl in a chat room is under 16. She's a cop trying
to entrap you into enticing in jail time. Our news has a story 3 or 4
times a year about some idiot arranging to meet with an undercover cop
he met in a chat room.
