Then he's *not* unemployed. And is quite possibly making a lot more money
from his current occupation than he would as an attorney.

Besides: doomsayers aren't to be automatically shunned so long as their
prophecies are accurate; and the jury's still out on this one, Pollyanna
attitudes notwithstanding.
