Well, it's reward for me! ;)
Besides, instead of nursing at the Reeky teet, you guys gotta learn to
generate your own content. No other motorcycle group on usenet is as
dependent.
sense than normal.
Seemed pretty clear to me. As evidenced by each successive cross post,
the contributors to AMS are unable to generate any interest in their
group without drawing on Reeky.
Don's kind in suggesting you are nursing on the Reeky Teat. From my
perspective the action is purely parasitic.
Your home group is dry, dead dog boring and dying a slow and painful
death.
USENET is dying.
Don, all I can say is that Steve was the one who informed me about the Buell
Track Day at Miller.
I got to ride a Uly, a 9r and my F4i on the 4.5 mile Miller track, all for
$100. And I got a T-SHIRT!
Steve is the real deal, he rides, and you should see his custom Buell.
So, yeah AMS has less traffic, but who cares.
I got caught speeding, flame me! :)
I have nothing against Steve, Bryan. From what little I have read he
seems like a straight up kind of guy. As for your speeding ticket I am
guessing the cop was saving you a few bucks by only nailing you for
being 9 over and it's tough to get one so early in the season because
if your insurance is rated similar to ours, the second ticket is far
more financially painful. Now you have to behave. ;-)
For what it is worth, my personal opinion is, since most of the cross
posts end up in the same tired old bull*** discussions, I would like
to see less crossposting to AMS. Regardless of the topic, the end
result is predictable, which raises the question in my mind, what was
the actual intent by the original cross poster?
Maybe I am somewhat influenced, because I have seen that twinkle you
get in your eyes when you talk about the incendiary posts you had
placed in Tx.Moto. <g>
