I don't know if they still are, but recently the largest of the matte black bags was ringing up at something like $47, instead of the usual price. It apparently didn't show up for the lower price until you were finally confirming your order, though. Don't know if they have fixed it to the correct price, yet.
I also have one of these bags on my Concours. Looks decent, and has a lot of space inside it. Stays dry through some serious downpours I've ridden through. My only complaint is that the red plastic strip on it (the front half anyway, not the part that looks like a taillight) faded to a horrible shade of pink.
I didn't get quite that good of a deal on mine but it was pretty
reasonable, I got free shipping on it too. Nothing wrong with a
little pink trim on your bike, just ask Steve T. I was going to
spray paint mine but so far I've resisted the temptation to do
something completely unnecessary just for looks. I'd rather spend
the time doing a valve adjustment, a carb sync, or an oil change.
